ProCare signs interoperability agreement with Medtech for ALEX integration

Auckland region primary health organisation ProCare has signed an interoperability agreement with GP software vendor Medtech Global as part of Medtech’s FHIR-led integration program.

Private equity firm buys Medtech Global; ManageMyHealth spun out

The owners of New Zealand’s market leading practice management system vendor Medtech Global have sold the business to Australian private equity firm Advent Partners and health technology advisory firm Acclivis for an undisclosed sum, but will retain ownership of its ManageMyHealth personal health platform.

Acclivis Group is a private investment and advisory firm exclusively focused on healthcare software and technology companies.
