Geoff has over 22+ years of experience in founding and building successful healthcare technology businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Geoff has previously held various senior executive positions and most recently was the Managing Director of Clanwilliam Group ANZ, a global group of healthcare technology companies where he was responsible for the management, integration, and strategy of the five healthcare technology companies within the portfolio. Prior roles include General Manager at Telstra Health, General Manager and Head of Operations/Sales at HealthLink and General Manager/Founder of HCN (now known as Medical Director).
Geoff also served as the President of the Medical Software Industry Association from 2009 – 2011.

Jeffrey is a Principal at Acclivis Group.
Prior to Acclivis Group, Jeffrey was a member of the investment team at Potentia Capital, Australia’s first software and technology private equity fund, where he was involved in the $450m Fund 1’s successful investments in Linkly and Complispace as part of the deal team and board.
Jeffrey previously worked with Rick and Geoff as an Investment Professional at Eli Global Private Equity, the family office that own Clanwilliam Group ANZ, where he helped execute the acquisitions of Healthlink, Konnect Net and Pulse+IT.

Rick is a Principal at Acclivis Group.
Prior to Acclivis Group, Rick led the Investments and Partnerships team at Clanwilliam Group ANZ. Rick was also previously an Investment Director at Eli Global Private Equity, a US-based family office focused on investing in healthcare, software & technology, and businesses services companies. He established Eli Global’s Sydney office as the first employee in APAC and led their first five acquisitions in the region which were the genesis for Clanwilliam Group ANZ (Medical Business Systems, Toniq, HealthLink, Konnect NET and Pulse+IT).
